My Story
I have been fortunate to work for industry leading companies throughout my 25-year career within positions of leadership. I intimately understand the demands of a results driven environment. My passion is creating solutions for my clients, developing strong teams, and leading new initiatives.
My early career centered around commercial finance where I collaborated with small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. It is here where I cut my teeth in data analysis. I’ve poured over many tax returns and annual reports to determine the financial trends and predict long-term growth. I pride myself in producing budget and revenue forecasting that is within 5-10% of year-end actuals.
The 2nd chapter of my career, I decided to move into a relatively new and growing industry – online media. I’ve seen online media grow from people saying the “internet is just a fad” to it being an integrated part of our daily lives. During my time in online media, I ran operation teams that supported over $100 million in revenue for a portfolio of clients. Clients ranged from small “mom and pop” companies to the Big Three Automakers.
Which brings me to why I’m here – my 3rd chapter. I bring my passion for leadership development, data analysis, and operational excellence to you, Program Directors of PA programs. To support you in developing top-notch programs for your students, faculty, and university. I’ll listen to your needs, work with you to establish goals and metrics, collaborate throughout the process, and celebrate over results gained.
