We are the only full-time consulting group devoted exclusively to physician assistant education. We are committed to this fully and not dividing our time with full-time jobs.
So how did this all get started?
As an experienced PA educator, I knew wholeheartedly that I wanted to stay involved in and give back to physician assistant education. After working in accreditation for a couple of years, I wanted to somehow assist PA educators and program directors in making their jobs easier. Trish Kelly Consulting is what transpired - offering program development, accreditation services, leadership development and coaching, faculty development and team-building.
Paula was in the corporate world for over 25 years. She knew at this point in her life she wanted to share her corporate experience to foster small businesses and organizations to grow and succeed. The two of us have been friends for quite a while, and recently both found ourselves at a crossroads with our careers. In discussions regarding the struggles of PA educators, we found ourselves talking about our experiences and our occupational goals. Ideas started evolving and the Data Analysis service of TK Consulting is what emerged with a goal of providing PA programs with a service to make life easier.
