Being a leader can be a lonely job, and many times it is difficult to ask for guidance from others. As individuals we do not want to appear weak or lacking knowledge about leadership when we are supposed to be leading a department/program. But everyone needs guidance at some point in their careers.
This is a safe place to receive one-on-one mentoring for items of your choice in a completely confidential environment. It can be a one-time session or a series of sessions to assist you in reaching your full potential as a leader.
